At TotsCove, we proudly offer shipping to all customers across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Asia (including Middle East). We work with trusted global carriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery on every order.

Order Processing Time

  • Handling/Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
  • Once processed, your order is handed over to one of our shipping partners

We always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees

All orders include FREE tracked shipping, regardless of region or order amount.

Tracking Information

  • All orders come with a tracking number.
  • Tracking details are sent 2–3 days after the order is shipped.
  • You can also track your package on our website’s Tracking Page.

Please note: Some orders may ship from fulfillment centers in different locations depending on stock availability.

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.

If you need to cancel, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at hello@totscove.com or via live chat.
After the 2-hour window, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, reply to your confirmation email immediately.
  • Once the order is processed, we cannot change the address.

TotsCove is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages returned as:

  • Unclaimed
  • Refused
  • Undeliverable
  • Incorrect address
  • Insufficient address

Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

  • At TotsCove, we believe in transparent pricing. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.  
  • No Hidden Fees: All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by us prior to delivery.
  • Guaranteed Delivery: In the unlikely event that any additional local charges are requested by a carrier, please contact us at hello@totscove.com and we will resolve it immediately. 

High-Season Delivery Delays

During peak seasons (October–December), transit times may be longer due to high order volume.
We appreciate your patience — your order will arrive, and we are committed to your satisfaction.
