Returns & Replacements

You are eligible for a return, full refund, exchange, or replacement if you have received the incorrect item or if it arrives damaged.

You can return your item or we will replace your manufacture-defected item within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@totscove.com. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. If so, we will provide you with the return address in an email.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders
TotsCove accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
