To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind
If you’ve had a change of mind, you’re welcome to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a gift card, which you can use towards any future purchase.
Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, you can use your store credit to select a different item from our store.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that arrive faulty or defective.

If you receive a defective product, please initiate a return request as soon as possible. Once the issue is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Shipping:
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Dispute/Chargeback Policy

Please avoid initiating a chargeback through your bank due to delivery delays.
Once a chargeback is opened, the case enters a formal dispute process which may take several weeks or even months to conclude. During this time:
